For the last 25 years, since 1996, the Be Event Group has been planning and organizing corporate outings, team-building events, and group events for family and friends. With our extensive experience in the events industry, we are no strangers to organizing custom events for large groups and providing the best possible experience. What about a Sports Team Building Beach Day for 500 people or more with popular world beaches as the starting theme? An ice rink almost completely sponsored and branded by Rituals on the Museumplein in Amsterdam where the management team makes their entrance on a Zamboni Ice machine in fluorescent ski suits. We call these events, Specials.

We would be happy to help you brainstorm or give tips for your next special corporate event. For example, In Rotterdam, we have an Airplane Hangar which covers an indoor space of over 900m2. This unique venue is available for events with a special character. We can adjust the setting/lighting to suit your needs. The Air Crash Investigation event, Winter company outings, Christmas events, breakout sessions, and the Big Summer Events take place at this location.

Blijdorp Zoo with an evening session of Ice sculpting between the animals or a Curling Clinic at the idyllic Kurhausplein including a fully arranged New Year's dive are part of the special team outings. In Madurodam, we have created a completely new and unique event built around the newest addition to the park, an old Dakota airplane. A unique opportunity to plan a special company outing in Madurodam. This event takes you from London to Melbourne and you really get the feel for what it was like to be a flying Dutchman.

The Be Event Group can plan and organize your Big Event for 200 persons or more, rent a location exclusively for the group, such as the Sparta Stadium in Rotterdam or Huis ter Duin in Noordwijk. Of course we can also combine your event with catering, accommodation and transport.

Special and unique events such as an incentive city trip to our partners in Seville, where the transfer, catering, accommodation and events such as a unique City Tour through Seville are included in a total package.

Seville is ideal for a fully catered sports training weekend. Whether it is for a football training trip or hockey weekend, we can organize your trip from A to Z. Our office in Seville works with local companies with Spanish, English, and Dutch-speaking employees, we know how the local market works and we know the locations well.
